Fee Structure & Cancellation Policy

Berwick Paediatrics is a private billing clinic. Full payment is required on the day of your appointment. If eligible, Medicare rebates can be claimed after payment has been made.
For new patients, consultation fees vary depending on the complexity of the referral and generally range from $500 to $530 for the initial appointment. Follow-up appointments within 12 months generally range from $180 to $290.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another family and helps us manage clinic staffing and administration costs.
Please note that a late cancellation or non-attendance fee may apply if sufficient notice is not provided.
