Paediatrician Appointment
  • How to Book an Appointment

  • To book an appointment with one of our paediatricians, you will need a valid referral from your General Practitioner (GP).

  • Appointment Process

  • Please email your referral to reception@berwickspecialists.com.au

  • Once we receive your referral, our team will review it and contact you within 3–5 business days. Referrals are triaged by our clinic manager in discussion with our paediatricians, based on the urgency and your child’s clinical needs.

  • We will then allocate your child to the paediatrician best suited to their needs. Waiting times may vary depending on the urgency of the referral and specialist availability.

  • Before confirming the appointment, our team will call you to discuss the available options with you.

  • Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation and reminder by SMS prior to your visit. Please reply “Yes” to confirm your appointment.
  • Registration Process

  • Please email all relevant documents to our reception team 2–3 days before your appointment. This may include your child’s previous medical, developmental , autism/ ADHD assessment reports, blood test results, hearing test results, latest vision check results, and any school assessment reports.
Pathway Child Psychology
You need a paediatrician referral to book autism assessment., cognitive assessment and other assessments for learning disorders.
Sigma Rehab
If you do not have an NDIS plan, you will need to obtain a GP care plan to facilitate the referral.
