Ariana Triskelidis – Accredited Practising Dietitian BSc Nutr, MDiet
Ariana is a passionate paediatric dietitian who brings warmth, creativity, and evidence-based care to every consultation. She has extensive experience working with children in early learning settings and across diverse backgrounds, including neurodivergent children. Ariana believes that food should be fun and mealtimes should be joyful — she’s known for using sensory food play, songs, games, and storytelling to help children explore new foods and build positive, confident relationships with eating.
With advanced training in Responsive Feeding Therapy, Ariana supports children and families through challenges such as fussy eating, feeding difficulties, and gastrointestinal concerns, including IBS and IBD. Drawing from both professional expertise and her own lived experience with IBS, she approaches care with deep empathy and understanding.
Ariana also has a special interest in eating behaviours and body image, helping families foster a healthy, non-diet relationship with food from an early age. She is dedicated to making healthcare equitable and accessible to all families.
Outside of work, Ariana enjoys exploring nature, cooking Greek dishes, travelling, and relaxing with a good book (and a great Melbourne coffee).
